A presentation on Op Cactus by Brig SC Joshi, YSm, VSM, Cmde. HA Gokhale NM(G) and Gp Capt. AG Bewoor VM(G) was held at the Madras University Centenary Building. This was part of the outreach programme to civilians by NFCC. It was attended by more than 200 people including 100 students, VSF, Army, Air Force, I.N. and NFCC members. Rear Admiral Ravi K Dhingra, FOTNA summed up the operation and its long lasting effects.
