Visit to Eastern fleet ships

Eastern Fleet Ships with Rear Admiral Alok Ananda, FOCEF flying his flag, visited Chennai. The event coordinated by HQ, TN&P area had four ships (Ranvir, Satpura, Himgiri and Udaygiri) open to school children and NCC cadets. Veterans were also invited to visit the ship. A large section of the veterans and their families visited the ship in the morning session. A station reception was held later in the evening at NOM and was attended by a large number of NFCC veterans.
